This is a very professional shop. They have someone who is assigned to your account and updates you 2x a week. The work was impeccable. They deal with the insurance company and know how to navigate that world. The only thing to be aware of is that it takes quite awhile. My car was in the shop for almost a month. Worth the wait in my opinion but better to know ahead of time.

First, this business is a SOLID 5.0! I am beyond blessed that they repair/repaired my Range Rover! Our Tesla Model Y was struck in a parking lot. Port City Collision was an excellent communicator, delivered a great repair, and assisted with the insurance process. They even covered the additional rental car duration the insurance company wouldn’t.

The professional ethics are overwhelming and attention to detail are amazing. Full disclosure this is owned by a member of my family but I came to him to fix my grandsons 2015 4 runner because it was starting to have paint issues.
