This is a very professional shop. They have someone who is assigned to your account and updates you 2x a week. The work was impeccable. They deal with the insurance company and know how to navigate that world. The only thing to be aware of is that it takes quite awhile. My car was in the shop for almost a month. Worth the wait in my opinion but better to know ahead of time.

The professional ethics are overwhelming and attention to detail are amazing. My experience with Port City Collision was great. Baylea advocated for me to the other parties insurance company when they were trying to play shady games, as most insurance companies do. Baylea also kept me updated while my vehicle was in the shop through every step of the way. Stephen was great and communicable throughout the repair process. Port City Collision is the only collision center certified in Wilmington to repair and service Teslas, and they do a damn good job.
