My experience with Port City Collision was great. Baylea advocated for me to the other parties insurance company when they were trying to play shady games, as most insurance companies do. Baylea also kept me updated while my vehicle was in the shop through every step of the way. Stephen was great and communicable throughout the repair process. Port City Collision is the only collision center certified in Wilmington to repair and service Teslas, and they do a damn good job.

I 100% recommend this shop to anybody needing work done on their car! My 2025 Tesla model 3 got hit in a parking lot 5 months after I bought it and this team did an amazing job with all of the repairs and my car looks brand new again. Port city collision was nothing short of phenomenal! The custom service was excellent and very responsive. Keep me updating when parts were delayed and when the estimate of completion would be. Could not recommend a better shop!
